Step 1:

  • We’ll schedule an initial 90-minute chat to learn about your medical history, current health status, and how you live your life. It's important for me to understand all of these things so I can develop the best plan for you.

  • Next, we'll work together to develop your health goals - and strategies to achieve them. We'll work together to make sure these goals are achievable, sustainable and will resonate with your lifestyle.

  • To get a better idea of what's going on inside your body, we'll conduct comprehensive testing. This will help me figure out if there are any deficiencies, imbalances or food sensitivities that need to be addressed. You can read more about Functional Lab Testing here.

Step 2:

  • Once we have the test results, I'll interpret them and create personalized nutritional and a supplement protocol just for you.

  • We’ll start off with a series of four 30-minute coaching sessions. Of course, if you need more support, we can schedule additional sessions.

  • I want you to have access to the best possible supplements, so I'll make sure you have access to high-quality ones via Fullscript.
